Summary: Reliability Technicians are responsible for laboratory-based tasks, which include sampling, testing and recording results per engineer request. 可靠性技术员主要负责可靠性实验室的各种可靠性试验，包括根据工程师要求取样，测试，记录实验结果。 RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform reliability tests and track the status. Such as Precondition, HTOL, Autoclave, TC, HAST, etc. 操作可靠性试验并追踪状态。 2. Prepare the hardware/software for STR. Update the test result accurate and in time. 为STR部门准备测试硬件和程序，及时准确的上传测试结果。 3. Complete the HAST board setup/verification independently. 独立完成HAST 实验板的设置和验证。 4. Follow and ensure the strict safety procedure and daily safety check. 严格遵守实验室安全要求和进行日常安全检查。 5. Perform other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Secondary technical school or above. Basic English skill. 中专以上学历，具备基本的英语技能。 2. Familiar with the office software, especially Word and Excel. 熟悉办公软件，特别是Word和Excel。 3.
