Master data maintenance: customer/vendor/GL/Hierarchy
负责客户/供应商/总账/审批流的主数据维护

职责描述：
61 Has basic knowledge of project requirement and scope 快速学习项目所需基本知识
61 Can work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement 与部门一起达成团队和个人绩效目标
61 Verify work on supporting files to all 3rd customer/ internal and external vendor / GL account / Hierarchy creation, change完成第三方客户/关联非关联方供应商/总账科目/审批流的维护和查询工作
61 Communicate with requestor for customer/vendor / GL / Hierarchy information核对第三方客户/关联非关联方供应商/总账科目/审批流申请的资料
61 Maintenance MDM customer/vendor / GL, Hierarchy in WorkOn, APM and SSF tools维护第三方客户/关联非关联方供应商/总账科目的财务数据以及审批流主数据
61 Support to master data mitigating control monthly work协助完成主数据的内控工作
61 Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures遵循内部规则和项目特定地流程处理业务
61 Other tasks assigned by superior. / 上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
61 Bachelor degree in accounting or related areas本科以上学历
61 At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable至少1年工作经验;优秀的应届生亦可投递
61 BPO working experience will be plused.BPO财务行业经验优先
61 Good communication skills良好的沟通技能
61 Good understanding of SAP, good self-learning; SAP 基础以及良好的自学能力
61 Fluent written and spoken skills in English英语基本读写优秀，能适应英语工作环境
61 Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software; 会使用微软软件，excel, word等
61 VBA or Python programming foundation；有VBA或Python的编程基础
